Wayne R. Renegar, DVM - retired
Dr. Renegar graduated from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine with honors in 1976. Following graduation he completed a 14-month internship at the Angell Animal Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. After his internship he completed a two-year surgical residency at the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine and then continued his surgical training at South Shore Veterinary Associates (currently VCA South Shore Animal Hospital) in South Weymouth, MA.
From 1982-1995, Dr. Renegar provided his surgical services to many clinics throughout Massachusetts. In 1995, Dr. Renegar and his wife, Sandra, a certified veterinary technician opened the East Bridgewater Veterinary Clinic.
In December of 2015, Dr. Renegar and his wife, Sandra, retired; however, Dr. Renegar, who is also a licensed wildlife rehabilitator, will still assist local clients with wildlife emergencies on a case by case basis.
