Jennifer Bortree, VMD
Dr. Bortree joined the practice in 2018. After graduating from Cornell University with a degree in Animal Science and a minor in Natural Resources, she worked as a veterinary assistant while also serving in the National Guard. While working as a veterinary assistant, she determined that her passion was to be a veterinarian. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Veterinary Medicine. She has an interest in behavioral medicine and has been Fear-Free Certified®. Her other professional interests include preventative medicine and nutrition.
At home, Dr Bortree lives with her husband, a dog, 3 cats, and a chinchilla. She enjoys hiking, running, and horseback riding if she can.
